Quick Description Of Role: Education, Sales & Customer Service for in person and online guests in healthy beauty retail sales at The Green Kiss.
Pay: $18-$23 an hour, depending on relevant work experience.
Who We Are: Established in 2011, The Green Kiss is a Canadian Healthy Beauty Company committed to inspiring people to take care of themselves with the healthiest and most effective personal care products possible. Our mission is to lovingly empower people to take care of their skin, bodies, and families with products that are healthy for both themselves and the environment. For those new to healthy beauty, the principle goal is to reduce the toxic load that people are unintentionally applying to their bodies, and in turn, rinsing off into our ecosystems. The Green Kiss was built on creating goodness in the world and making a massive positive impact and change. Our love for humanity and the planet drives everything we do. We are based in Victoria BC with our brick-and-mortar store, in house online fulfillment, and office at Uptown Shopping Centre. The Role: Leading with education, you provide customized skin and "need-specific" solutions and customer service to our guests in store and online through various digital channels. Every single interaction at The Green Kiss is customized to the unique health needs of our guests, and their skin. You guide and educate our guests to help them make informed purchasing decisions in the categories of natural skincare, haircare, bodycare, makeup and wellness products. A background in health and wellness, makeup, skincare, or aesthetics is an asset but not necessary. Most of all, we are looking for someone with a fabulous attitude, who loves to make great impact in the lives of others.
Who You Are: You have a positive attitude and you really care about people and their well being. You are a clear communicator and a compassionate and authentic educator. While a background in either skincare, wellness or makeup, is ideal, it is not essential as we can offer training! What is most important, is that you EXCEL in customer service - both in person, and via written communication. Making someone’s day, and improving the health of their skin and body truly LIGHTS you up. You are excited about customer service, sales, and product education. You are passionate about health and wellness, and you seek out any chance you can to get to know your community. You have a natural gift of bringing joy to people’s lives and caring for them.
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and excel at fostering strong relationships with others. You are looking to work in an environment that is filled with positivity, growth opportunities, and incentives where you are rewarded for your hard work and results! You are a go-getter. You like achieving things, crossing off “to-do” lists, and seriously going after sales targets! You connect with different cultures and generations easily and respectfully, and have 3 years+ experience in customer service.

Schedule & Hours:
Full Time: 32-40 hours a week. Must be able to work weekends (one weekend day) and some evenings.
Part Time: 12-28 hours a week. Flexible! Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
Hours of operation daily 10 am - 6 pm, subject to change with the season.
