Pay: $22-$27 an hour, depending on relevant work experience.

While a background in either skincare, wellness or makeup, is ideal, it is not essential as we can offer training! Prior Work Experience That Suits This Role: Small business management (or past ownership, retail management, retail sales, communications specialists with work history in health clinics or small business, aestheticians or makeup artists with communications experience who are wanting a change in their careers, and a steady, consistant work schedule and salary. 

More About The Role:

The primary goal of this position, is to grow our business by serving our existing community, and to grow our reach by developing new and meaningful relationships. With this goal in mind, there are three. main objectives of our Sales & Guest Experience Manager:

1. Develop heart felt relationships with our community members by leading with education. Provide exceptional sales, communications and guest experience at The Green Kiss for our customers both in store, and online across Canada. Provide outstanding customer service experience to our customers through product knowledge, trend awareness, and exceptional customer care. Develop partnerships with community leaders, ambassadors, and health care practitioners. Support customer care issues, returns, and quality assurance. 

2. Lead our sales team members (educators), scheduling, training the team, creating GK cross-training documents, and creating a positive, uplifting, and fulfilling environment for all staff.

3. To manage and own all things front-of-house. To be the leader of all in-store merchandising, fixtures, and seasonal or promotional displays - to maintain the best possible shopping experience for our guests.

Our owner Megan is looking for a co-pilot for all things sales, communications, and guest experience related here at The Green Kiss. Is this person you? This role is a KEY pillar to our business. You will be working directly with our owner Megan, and our operations lead, Tiffany Dunning, to help drive the ship of our values based business forward! 


Day In The Life: 

  • Providing exceptional customer service for in store guests. 
  • Providing your deep understanding of product knowledge to help inform and educate our guests on the best options for their unique skin needs. 
  • Offering on the fly consultations in healthy skincare, makeup, haircare & body care. 
  • In between in store customer experience sessions, you are helping customers across Canada via email/phone consults who shop with us on our online store, pulling online orders, handling quality assurance issues, and working with our Ops Lead to maintain great systems for any issues that may arise. 
  • You are the glue between our team of educators, making sure that our customers are taken care between shift changes. 
  • You lead the education on our team, ensuring our team is up to date with the most current product knowledge 
  • You work with our team to ensure our shelves are stocked, the store is clean, and things are in order.
  • You create beautiful displays in store, or lead our team to do so, and ensure that the store is organized in the best possible way for our customers
  • You also work to develop relationships in our community, to help grow our practioner program and community impact work.

Schedule & Hours:

40 hour work week. Tuesday - Saturday. Must be able to work Saturdays with flexibility to work some Sundays as well.

Hours of operation daily 10 am - 6 pm, subject to change with the season.
