I wanted to love this but...

I REALLY wanted to love this product because it has amazing ingredients, benefits, and reviews, and I love other Glow Jar Beauty products (yes woman owned, yes island made!). Unfortunately for my very sensitive, dry, rosacea skin, it made it look more red, and feel tighter, which if you have rosacea is the opposite of what you want. Everyone's skin is different, and this one just didn't work for me, I'm glad I tried it though because I always like to support local.

As you said, the biggest thing we have learned over the years is that everyone's skin is so different. But, tightness along with more redness from this serum really does sound like your skin just was not tolerating this one. Some of our other customers with rosacea love this serum, but this is great feedback from you that it did not work for you! My new fave face serum! I was on the hunt to replace a serum that was discontinued and I’m so glad I asked for a sample of this. It was an immediate purchase after trying it! The texture is a lightweight creamy gel but so silky smooth feeling and there is zero scent. It has helped so much with texture and fading PIE scars. Depending what state my skin is in, I can wear it alone under SPF or I can layer a lightweight lotion on top and not have it feel too heavy or pill.
