How to Apply:

For effective results, follow these tips from our team of healthy beauty educators:

• In the evening after cleansing, apply 1-2 pumps to face, neck, and décolletage, avoiding the eye area. Some tingling is normal.
• Allow product to dry down and follow with your favourite natural moisturizer.  
• In the morning, apply your favourite mineral sunscreen to help with sun sensitivity.
• If you have very sensitive skin, start by applying Meta Serum every other night for one week and then nightly until the bottle is finished.
• Rest skin for 4 weeks and then begin again.
