NÉKWENTSUT (neck-went-suit) translates to 'warm oneself' in the Squamish language.

Overview:

What it is: A delicious and vitamin-packed all-season tea crafted by Indigenous-owned BC-based natural beauty brand, Skwalwen Botanicals.

Why you'll love it: This wildcrafted all-season tea is made with nettle, mint, and rosehip. Nettle has been used traditionally in Squamish culture for its natural benefits to the body. Rosehips are packed full of vitamin C, and mint offers a soothing quality while supporting digestion. The taste is of light and mild peppermint and it is soothing and calming to the body and mind.  A wonderful blend for all seasons and our team's new favourite evening ritual (although we do enjoy it at all times of day too!).

Wonderfully Supportive Blend!

I’ve become a fast fan of this lovely loose tea. It is a simple and smart combination that has so many benefits. The tea has a nice and mellow wild mint taste that is really nice without being overly stimulating like some blends I’ve tried.

A friend recently told me that she uses nettle to keep her iron levels up and along with the vitamin C from the rose hip which helps iron absorb if taken at the same time. I LOVE this as an option to help with this issue. Along with the wonderfully soothing mint, which helps with my hormonal headaches, I’m happy to have this on hand during my monthly cycle.

A great, unique product with lots of benefits for women’s health in particular. I think it’s important to source wildcrafted products with care and prefer to purchase from indigenous owned and operated businesses for them, so this is ideal from my point of view.
