Return Policy

All Orders (In Store & Online) - Due to the personal nature of our products, and for obvious hygienic reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. 

Online Orders - If you have just placed an online order with us, and wish to edit it, please call our store immediately at 250.412.2305 for us to help you. If the order has not been fulfilled yet, we are happy to help! However, please note, that once an order is fulfilled and on it's way to you, we are unable to cancel or change the order.

Damaged Items - If you receive an order, with a damaged item inside, please send an image of the product to hello@thegreenkiss.com within 30 days of purchase, along with your order #, and we will make things right for you! 

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchases at The Green Kiss, please do not hesitate to contact us. We understand that sometimes there are unique circumstances. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs should a product truly not work for you.
