How do I return an item?
We will happily issue a return or exchange on any of our accessories and non personal items within 14 days of delivery. If you require a refund or an exchange, you must contact us to receive a return authorization number to send your product back. The return authorization number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package. Returns sent without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
Returns must be sent pre-paid and insured at the customer's expense. Please return the product unused, in it's original condition and with it's original packaging within 14 days of receiving the product in order to qualify for a full refund. Should your package get lost on its way back to us, it is your responsibility to track the package and submit a claim. Therefore, please keep all tracking information.
Due to the personal nature of our cosmetics, bath, and body care items sold, we are not able offer refunds or exchanges on these products.
However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are human :) We understand that sometimes customers have unique circumstances. Your satisfaction and happiness is important to us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
